Grizzly Industrial - Bad policies
Our staff placed an order and I sent the money via ACH. The money went into Grizzly's bank account and then I was contacted and told that they didn't accept ACH payments without approval and I needed to reverse the money out, and then resend it as a wire transfer.
They had the money! It was in their account! They couldn't accept it without the President of Grizzly signing an override. It wasn't like we were debiting their account, we had transferred money in.
This sounds like a management problem with policies that hamstring the employees and employees who aren't empowered to correct a simple situation.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
