in April 2017 i ordered a complete wood working shop full of tools $8,000.00 worth, paid for them with wire transfer from bank. received all the tools ordered except the 20 in planer and 8 in jointer.

called grizzly several times ,they said that i would just have to wait.

then they called me the last of august and asked me if i would take an upgraded planer that they had just received got it around September,talked to them about jointer they told me that i might get it in November. i would like them to just get me what i paid for back in April not happy with Grizzly customer service .

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Website shipping information, Did not do what they said, Takes to long to get tools always on backorder.
