December 2016 ordered by phone a 12 inch table saw GO 605x1 $ 2,729.00 Free shipping cost. $ 611.75 Also ordered Dado blade set.

$ 109.95 Shipping. $. 97.58 Sales person Cindy At time of order requested Dado blade set to be shipped with the saw to avoid double shipping charges. Pet Cindy no problem will send order in one shipping.

Order paid on full with credit card. Dado blade arrived with the shipping charge a week ahead of the saw. The Dado blade set was the wrong set and could not be used with the purchased saw. Spoke to customer service agent Sherry on December 20, 2017 a very rude, angry lady who was very unhappy in her job.

After requesting permission to return the wrong item sent and reimbursement for the item and the shipping. A request was made to speak to a supervisor due to receiving no satisfaction and no assistance. Sherry told me that the supervisor was out to lunch who will return my call. After waiting a couple hours I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor.

A nice lady who identied herself as Abby Welch and the supervisor. Everything was explained to Abby Welch who instructed me to return the item and gave me a return authorization number. Following her instructions I did return the Dado blade set. After receiving a credit on my charge card the cost of the Dado set minus the shipping charges.

On March 1, 2017 I called customer service again and spoke to Scott. I explained all to Scott who will have the shipping charges credited to my charge account . Scott called me on March 6,2017 and informed me that Grizzly will not reimburse me for the shipping charges. I have been ripped off $ 97.58 a shipping cost on an item that I did not order.

And that it was returned to Grizzly in the same condition and packaging that it was sent in. What a shame to such a large company that sells good products to have such a poor customer service department. Who ever hires and trains these these people did a poor job and should be fired along with the worthless employees.

I have been doing business with Grizzly for several years and still use their machines in my shop. I will never do business with Grizzly again, will not refer them to anyone, and will not have anything good to say about them.

Thank you for taking the time to inform us other consumers, I was looking to buy a drill press which is around 900.00 bucks. but with such poor customer I'll go else where, Craigslist here I come.

Its to bad because I've heard so many good things about Grizzly's products. people like this should just stay home & let company's like Grizzly keep their good name.
