Bad experience with product

Bought a model G0771Z 10" Hybrid table saw from Grizzly. Cutting a board and it pinched the saw blade. The saw stopped running. Turned the saw on/off several times. It wouldn't turn on. Checked house fuse box. All fuses were good. Contacted Grizzly by email. No reset switch on saw. Having to pay electrician to trouble shoot saw. I will NEVER buy from Grizzly again. I will buy DELTA or some other brands of power tools.

SCREWED ME ON PRICE

I recently purchased the T28944 for my G0759 Mill. It is in fact made by Priesttools.com. Included with the lift was a list of other optional parts for the mill made by Priest including the lift. Their price for the lift IS $299.00 vs Grizzly's which is $349.95!! I called Grizzly to clarify and see if they would match the price, I was told I would have to return the lift to Grizzly paying both shipping and a restocking fee and then order from Priest!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER!! THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST BUSINESS DEALING WITH THEM. THEY ARE WILLING TO LOSE ME AS A FUTURE CUSTOMER FOR $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not allow return because the box is different very rude customer service very light duty machine only recommend for home shop

I bought a 10" hybrid table saw G0771Z from Grizzly: Recently a board I was sawing pinched the saw blade. The blade slowed down and then stopped. I removed the board and attempted to turn the saw table back on. No response. How do I get my table saw up and running again?

Deceptive Advertising

They advertised a 15% off sale on Armor self-locking clamps with pictures of Armors clamps. They sent Grizzly inferior clamps and then told me it was a mistake, and they never did have the armor clamps. Totally unprofessional and extremely deceptive.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was not expecting any further communication from Grizzly, but to my surprise I received an email stating that they had looked into it and I was right and they are refunding the shipping charge in total. More than I requested, so I can't complain..

They quoted me shipping charge on a Thursday and told me it would ship Friday and I would receive Saturday (I was requesting expedited shipping). The price was very reasonable for overnight, and I asked the representative twice if he was sure that dollar amount would...

i think grizzly makes some good tools,,but i do not like grizzlys customer service,,,,if you buy it and do not like it,,its yours,,,,its hard to tell if a tool is going is going to perform to your expectations,,and i think grizzly should provide a longer warranty rather than just 1 year,,,,i guess that is why i perfer amazon,,you have 30 days in which to try the tool out and if it does not perform to your expections,,,you can send it back,,and it doesnt cost anything to do so,,amazon pays for the return shipping,,in as much as i think grizzly makes some good tools,,,i would recommend anyone looking at the warranty and the right to return it if it does perform right for you,,

Customer service

personally i would never buy a tool at grizzly,,reguardless of what is wrong with the tool,,it is yours,,,for online buying the customer service has got to be the worst of any on line buying,,if your displeased with the product,,its yours,,,that is the reason i buy from amazon,,everyone knows that when you can go somewhere and actually put your hands on a product and actually having the ability to take it back if you dont like it is is peace of mind for the customer,,,,not at grizzly,,,not only do you have to pay the return fee plus a 10 percent re stocking fee,,my tools will come from woodcraft or amazon,,

Unsatisfied with online ordering

I ordered power mortis tool on line and it said it would ship in 3-5 days. After three days I checked my order status and it said that the item was backordered. I called customer service and they said it would be seven months until they could deliver! I did not receive an email or anything telling me it was backordered. Poor customer service and ever worse communications with their customers.

Bought a cabinet tabel saw and both of the extention wings were warped

when i asked grizzly to send me new flat ones they told me my only option was to put my good flat original main table under tention and force the bad parts flat....... 2nd incident was they never shipped a 8 inch jointer i bought . it was discontinued . with no compensation

Zero custmer service

I ordered a machine, and Grizzly did not deliver it. I called customer service, and there was a zero response. I attempted to contact the President of the company, Robert McCoy, and also did not receive a response. I ended up filing a complaint and am getting a refund through Amazon Pay, still no sign of a desire to please the customer. If one checks, the Better Business Bureau gives them a 1 star rating and Grizzly is NOT an accredited business. I would urge caution and avoid dealing with these guys

Need help with one of your Sanders

Ive had this machinery for a long time and was considering throwing it out and replacing it. Called customer service and they easily gave me the parts that I needed to fix it. Wow! Thats what I call service :-)

*** tools and accessories

I bought an edge sander which needed parts after a few months. I bought a dust collector and they sent the wrong bags. I ordered belts for above edge sander and they are *** and wanted me to pay to have them shipped back and restocking fee. I would look somewhere else in future if I were you.
