Grizzly Industrial - Table saw and customer service
I am in need of a new table saw so I got online and ended up at Grizzly where in the past have had no issues. I placed an order on 1/1/2017 for a Go771z for $695.00 plus shipping $99.00 that made it $794.00 going through there financing an paying off early, this was a good deal.
Well Happy Birthday to me on 1/02/2017 when I received my first e-mail from Grizzly stating they did not have in stock and canceled my order (seriously ? ) I called and the very sweet nice woman I talked to told me that it is not there fault the financing company wont wait, so I ask what we could do with another model in stock and instantly NO. Low and behold I re-clicked on the same item and it went up $25.00 and not in stock. A few hours later I received an e-mail from Grizzly, I rechecked the item and it said in stock in Springfield.
Well everything else I order is shipped from there so e-mailed back and asked wtf? Yep another oops e-mail now it shows out of stock and low and behold the price went up yet another $25.00 and yep freight went up also. So for the same exact saw I can order today will cost me ( well if I pay cash or use a credit card they can charge and use until its back in stock ,,,,, read other reviews ) It will cost me $775.00, shipping of $109.
total is $884.00 making it a small difference of $90.00 . Good Luck Grizzly.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $794.
